Payment Methods

Viable Imaging accepts a variety of different payment methods to ensure that our customers can use their preferred method to cover the cost of their orders. Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from all school and government institutions. Please include the institution’s contact information— including contact person’s name, phone number and email address—so we can send a written confirmation of the order.

Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out within 24 hours of receiving. Payment is due 30 days from the order date. If you have any questions, please call our customer service department at (833) 484-2253

Personal Check or Money Orders

Please make sure to include your invoice number on your check or money order. We will not be able to process your check or money order without an invoice number.

Check payments that are not honored by the bank will incur a $25 returned check fee. Returned check reimbursement payments must be in cash, cashier’s checks, certified funds or money order.

Accounts that fail to reimburse Viable Imaging for fees will be closed and marked as fraudulent. Viable Imaging will not accept check payments from customers with more than two returned payments on their account history.

Sales and Use Tax

Orders are subject to sales / use tax. Customers with exemption certificates should send a copy of their exemption certificate to accounting@viableimaging.com. If you believe you were incorrectly charged sales tax, please immediately contact our customer service department by telephone (833) 484-2253, or by email at accounting@viableimaging.com.
